4. What is the difference between your collections ? 

The Signature Collection features elegant and sophisticated clutches. This collection will be the finishing touch for any date night outfit, wedding dress or luxury event ensemble.

The Canvas Clutch Collection features hand painted, unique Clutch Couture & featured artists designs. Each clutch, unlike the other, you will find that your clutch is just as rare as YOU are. We are all unique in our own way, so why not carry a clutch that agrees?

The Everyday Collection features simple but subtle clutches that will have you ready for any and every occasion. This collection features the "Do Me A Solid" Clutch & the "Be Transparent" Clutch. 

5. What is the longevity of my clutch ? 

The longevity of your clutch depends solely on YOU, as the consumer. It is up to you, to care for your clutch in a way that promotes a long life, couture clutch. Each clutch is fragile and should be handled with care. Due to the size, daintiness and fragility of each clutch, it is highly recommended that the contents of your clutch be limited to the following items to ensure the endurance of your clutch ;

* Each clutch should be limited to everything you need; a mirror to touch up your makeup and enough room to fit all of the necessities (phone, lipstick, small wallet/CC Insert and car keys) *Any other items placed in your clutch, other than what is listed can result in a shorter life span of your purchase * 

6. How should I care for and maintain my Canvas Clutch (hand-painted clutches)?

All Canvas Clutches are hand-painted and uniquely designed ! You must practice care when carrying your canvas clutch. DO NOT submerge under water,  DO NOT expose it to too much sunlight, and DO NOT place it up against any hard surface. Treat your Canvas Clutch as a masterpiece, after all, it is your very own artwork  made into FASHION! 

7. What is your Return Policy ? 

All sales are final ! We accept returns for exchange or store credit only within 48 hours of purchase. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. The only exception to the rule, is if product was damaged while in transit. You will have 24 hours from date of delivery to report the damage, if not reported timely, refund will not be issued. 

Clutch Couture LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen items, confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. 

8. What is your Shipping Policy ?

We typically ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail. In most cases, your purchase will be delivered within 3-5 business days. With the exception of holidays & postal service hours. Please always allow for at least 2-3 days of processing time before your order is shipped. 

We currently ship anywhere in the United States and in Canada (for an extra shipping fee). 

We also ship internationally through DHL Express (shipping fee varies based on international destination). 

9. Can I make my purchase in store? If so, where are you located ? 

We are located in the heart of MIAMI.

Our storefront address is 20348 NW 2ND Avenue Miami Gardens, Fl 33169.
